Role description:

  • Coordinate all the aspects of the Visa processing legal procedures and protocols for candidates that wish to come to Colombia.

Role requirements: 

  • Experience in Visa proccesing.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.

  • Legal Assistant certification experience.

  • Trustworthiness.

  • Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness

  • Handle communication with clients.

  • Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research.

  • Locate and develop relevant information.

  • Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.

  • Answer and direct phone calls.

  • Maintain contact lists.

  • Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.


Internship requirements: 

  • English level: Native

  • Spanish level: Advanced

  • Interest in Law

  • Excellent research, writing and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and address competing priorities
