Gastronomie France is happy and excited that you have shown an interest in expanding your international experience through a Gastronomy or Hospitality internship in France!
Our internship program offers participants to have an enriching international experience in the French culture while developing and sharpening their professional skills. You will be placed in a hotel-restaurant in the prestigious culinary city of Lyon, or in the region of Rhône-Alpes. We work with a range of hotels and restaurants from small traditional gastronomy restaurants to famous international hotel chains.
This program will offer participants an enriching experience, both culturally and professionally. Participants will be hosted by the hotel or restaurant in which they will be working and will enjoy free meals. Our responsibility is to bring to the French hotels and restaurants qualified students with great motivation to learn and have the best experience ever.
It is a wonderful opportunity for participants to get an international experience, learn from a professional French chef, and get back to their country with professional skills and an amazing personal experience.
The working assignment will be a commitment of 35 hours total per week which can include cooking, baking, serving, cleaning and washing.

Work intensity: maximum 35 hours a week with 2 days off per week.

Monthly financial compensation will be 554€ for 35 hours per week.
